SSC MTS 2024 Online Application Begins, Check Eligibility, Dates & Apply Online


The SSC MTS 2024 notification is set to release on June 27, 2024, with applications accepted until July 31, 2024. This presents a great opportunity for 10th pass students to secure government jobs. The exam is scheduled for October-November 2024.

Eligibility requires candidates to be between 18-25 or 18-27 years old depending on the department. The selection process includes a computer-based test, physical test (for certain posts), document verification, and medical examination.

The exam pattern consists of objective type questions in multiple languages with no negative marking in one session and a one-mark penalty for wrong answers in another session. SSC MTS 2024 Notification

  • Duration: 1.5 hours (45 minutes per session)
  • Sections: Four (Numerical/Mathematical Ability, Reasoning, General Awareness, English Language)
  • Questions: Total of 90 (40 in Session 1, 50 in Session 2)

  • Marks: Total of 270
  • Marking Scheme: No negative marking in Session 1, 1 mark deduction for each wrong answer in Session 2
  • Language Medium: English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages available
